Heart problem explained...something I hadn't thought about.

Turns out the arrhythmia was due to my thyroid levels being off. As the endocrinologist reminded me, I have 3 thyroids now, and when the twins' thyroids kicked in (in addition to the hormone I was taking for my own deadbeat thyroid), I was getting a megadose. He decided to ease me back on the thyroid hormone for a while, and I'm to call in if my heart starts going goofy again.

Yet another reason to avoid the local ER...the physician there assured me my thyroid levels were fine. Good thing I had an endocrinology appointment today.
