I was very amused when I looked down and saw this...

Weird how things pop up sometimes. I don't know why there would be a random "C8" stamped on a bill. Supplemental reading can be found here, but take it with a grain of salt...there's a certain entity for whom legal/PR damage control is a priority, and wikipedia is editable.

(Edit: I would also have accepted, "What is someone on disability income doing with an entire $20 bill?" as the funny/ironic part. Answer: it wasn't mine.)
